Why we do what we do

When attempting to source information that combined the truth behind what was best to consume, put on our skin and how we can contribute to save the planet form pollution and climate change - there was no one site that specialised in all these crucial elements.

Part of the problem the community has when they decide they want to make the correct dietary choices for themselves and their families is being faced with a barrage of confusing and conflicting nutritional advice from big multi-national companies, mainstream media and product labelling.

This site aims to put forward the facts about general nutrition, which is easy to understand including the ongoing controversial debate regarding vegan vs eating meat. However, we will leave the final decision up to our readers, as it is a personal choice. 

There are a lot of well-marketed, but very low quality branded “health foods” and supplements in our retail stores and online. But we’ve done our research and sourced superior anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial products, which have transformed our own lives by our own individual ailments, caused by a lifetime of eating GMO's, processed foods and sugar.

We believe anti-inflammatory foods, essential oils, supplements and organic herbs and spices that have been around for centuries should be revived, affordable and easier for all to access. As these consumables not only prevent and treat disease, but can reverse serious illness related to consuming inflammatory foods.

Our mission is to help people perform at optimal levels by reintroducing ancient natural healing methods mixed in with science and modern technology, which is proven by clinical trials and research documents published by industry leaders in the medical profession.

What We Do: Health, Wellness & Environmental Sustainability

At BioHax Organics we don’t just talk the talk, we walk the walk. And through our own personal health issues, we’ve found a way to heal naturally and maintain this disease-free way of life. All our products are derived from organic origins and are anti-inflammatory, antifungal and antiparasitic.

We apply the following principles to what we consume and put on our skin:

• Know the source of our consumables to understand and approve of what we’re putting into our bodies.
• We believe in eating paleo, increasing our intake of polyphenols, reducing our intake of lectins and sugar, keeping our bodies free from toxins and adding super healthy high-fat foods back into our diets.
• When our stress levels are too high, too intense or too long our adrenaline-cortisol system can become out of balance producing dire consequences. We practice breathing techniques. yoga and meditation, including the Wim Hof method. 
• Use organic, essential oils, herbs, produce and supplements to remove toxins and balance hormone levels.
• Understanding the role of insulin and practice regular intermittent fasting to improve health, reverse disease and improve mental clarity.
• Taking care of our mitochondria which in turn will allow us to increase our energy and age well.
• Never put anything on our skin we can’t eat. Our skin is one of the largest organs (second to endothelium – the interior lining of our blood vessels). Everything we put on it will be directly absorbed into our bodies. Using chemicals as opposed to organic ingredients over the long-term, will certainly influence our health and our immune system.
• Use online news from hundreds of environmental and science organisations around the world to drive fundamental change to ensure the health and longevity of our planet.
• Increase our followers in the fight against waste, encourage our readers to buy bulk, say no to plastic and reduce our carbon footprint to further heal our planet and ecosystem.

Our Products

All our products are sourced initially from within Australia, however if we’re unable to find the right quality with the relevant organic certification, we will import our products from overseas.

Our goal is to provide easily accessible and an affordable range of essential oils, supplements, vitamins, minerals, paleo, organic and gluten free options.

Our Policy – Zero Waste Movement

Achieving zero waste or at least achieving a significant reduction in purchasing non-recyclable, palm oil-free products is paramount for the sustainability of our planet. Through online education we have begun to adopt a way of life that makes us more aware of the packaging and ingredients we purchase from local stores.

We always have our canvass bags handy in the car when shopping. We say “NO” to single plastic bags and are always looking for ethical alternatives to save landfill and from toxins ending up in our oceans which is chocking our marine life.

We have often heard people say, “but how can one person make a difference?” One person’s waste reduction over 365 days can achieve a lot for the planet. On average, globally, a single person wastes 50kg of plastic every year, where 2,151g of those non-biodegradable plastics end up in our oceans. Now times that by 7.7 billion people in the world (Dec 2018).

By 2050 it is predicted there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish. Marine life will cease to exist due to consuming those toxic plastics. But until then, the irony is we will continue to eat those fish consuming our plastic waste, so we too begin to consume the toxic destruction we created.
